Shirley Cai is a marketing specialist, communications strategist, and writer with a background in content production and program development.
She is the daughter of Vietnamese immigrants, and was born and raised in Western Sydney, Australia before moving to the United States. As someone whose life has been informed by movement, she’s interested in exploring and expanding the notions of identity, home, and migration.
Her writing has received support from Storyknife and Roots. Wounds. Words. She also works as the Assistant Editor and Art Director for the multicultural food journal Peddler.
